Bidra med feedbackWe came to a very busy evening to a full house, greeted by the owner (wife) and daughter elena, who accompanied us to our table. I was presented with the wine list and saw some real Italian bargains. like a barolo literature for the list was so extensive I asked if they had a wine cellar. elena immediately gave us a tour through the lower level that had a room where the game was hunted by her father, a nice private special event room. plentiful aromas of the game filled the air. the winery was there and had falls from any premium Italian wine you could imagine. I was impressed that she took from a busy evening time to give my party a tour. we started with an extensive charcuterie court with prosciutto di cervo crudo, regional salami and speck. we could not decide entirely about a common first cure, especially when it was discovered that the foie grass terrarine was goose. in contrast to duck. my wife was worried as this is her favorites, and it was just amazing. I had a grilled or seared goose liver, my friends ordered pizzochery. All right. the most important courses were venison medallions, venison stroganoff and risotto with thin cut venison. perfect, everyone. dessert, they had cinnamon ice cream, strudel and prunes. we all stayed happy
I was a bit skeptical, as friends recommended to me a long taxi ride to Maloja only for some sausages. Now that I am a carnivore, I was intrigued. what I got was the ultimate carnivores joy! the amuse beech was a house that was dried... daughter to perfection. the taste had the smoky note I was looking for, and the texture and bite was implied excellent. we then went for the carpaccio as I am a big fan of raw meat. I loved every piece of it though it had a tiny note on calming too much for me. as I learned, however, be not shy to tell them the things you don't like. we followed with a big teller sausage variety and it was just the best I ever had. from friends I know that I have to come back next autumn, as heribert will offer the whole series of brains on a teller. the engadin valley is certainly beautiful. but place like bellavista make it worth going for food only! all of them up!
When entering the house you will hardly be able to receive the door open to the warmest. in the same style it goes on, you are cared about by the inn pair. there is a cheerful atmosphere. the offer is special. above all the self-made various sausages had done it to us. the rest of the offer is traditional and how everything is prepared and prepared with great care. it is worth booking early, as in the homey bündnerstübli only four has table, which leads to a very attentive service.

Friends have recommended this locally and the 20 minutes drive from st. moritz is worth it. it has few tables (approx. 6-7)
