Bidra med feedbackFood is ok. Prices are ok. Service is to be desired. Yes it was busy when we went (8 of us on a Saturday night), but the service was slow. I bit into a thick bit of metal (looked like part of a hook) in my seafood spaghetti dish, and we asked for them to take it away and make me a new one but it took an hour of waiting until my dish arrived a second time. Our complaints fell on deaf ears and the lady at the paying counter was only able to give excuses and not take any responsibility (not sorry) when we paid at the end of the night. As consolation she did offer us limoncello, but we all know in Italy most good restaurants give you limoncello for free anyway at the end of your meal. What’s worse is the owner/manager was working the floor that night and knew what had happened and any great host would have come to us and apologised and discounted the bill or something. Situations like this isn’t tolerated in Australia or America. You can do better Al Molino. I am from overseas and I do a lot of business in the Vicenza region; there are plenty of other restaurants to choose from so I suggest you lift your game if you want to stay in the game.
And it was just about the worst spritz we have ever had. If it is any indication of the quality of the restaurant, they have a major problem.
I asked my cousin to arrange a special meal for the 9 of us on a Sunday afternoon .... WOW !!! He took us to Il Molino In all my years I have never had a Seafood Pasta like that. Full of delightful and fresh fish, the pasta was cooked to perfection and was abundant to share
Great food. fast but confused service. we brought a dessert and the cut was with little professionalism.
From reviews I thought I was wrong to book and instead who told me about the quality of this restaurant was right. superior food, excellent quality and quantity. value for money. The mr.mario brought us a bottle of a white guy who says fantastic would say little. I'll come back!
