Bidra med feedbackAlthough they kept the name, the place has new owners who changed the concept/menu. It is no longer a vegan restaurant, serves meat but misleading advertising that still makes it sound vegan. Please disregard previous reviews as they were essentially reviewing a different restaurant… In essence, Sajvva has permanently closed, and there’s a new non-veg restaurant with the same name/location. happycow has been notified and will hopefully update the listing soon. They had a good selection of different courses and the atmosphere was nice. The staff were friendly and the food tasted good. It was a bit expensive though.
Good variety of vegan main plates. Cozy atmosphere. Small variety and not astonishing desserts. Updated from previous review on 2023-09-03
A nice restaurant a bit outside the city center. Great food, big portions and we drank a nice cocktail. On Wednesday night it was very quiet (end of august but we know Swedish people likes to eat early. ;
Cosy place with an all vegan menu, which included options ranging from tacos and burgers to dumplings and a traditional iranian dish, which I had along with the dumplings. The food was tasty, but in general a little too safe everything tasted pretty much as I'd expected, no surprises. The choice to spread the menu across so many different items exemplified this for me: They maybe wanted to be sure there was something for everyone, which often makes a place seem anonymous. And honestly, getting a vegan burger is not a problem these days, so it's not mandatory on a menu. If the menu replaced the classic (read: boring) things such as burger and tacos with more original dishes that allowed for more experimentation with taste and ingredients, it would be a clear 5 stars. Drinks card didn't include any non alcoholic options, non even an alcohol free beer, which was also a bit weird.
