Supermac's Papa John's Mallow

Was in supermacs mallow a hour ago it was mobbed so decided to get take away no napkins no ketchup no salt in the bag last time I was there short bag of chips in the bag portions after getting much smaller gone down a lot

After waiting for several minutes for our food to be served, despite having to go to the counter twice, we were disappointed to find that the chips were cold. The people at the table next to us even left without receiving their food. My granddaughters declared that they never wanted to return to this restaurant again.

Expensive and the supermacs store is dated compared to other supermacs in Cork. Way cheaper to buy a pizza in town instead of paying double in Papa John's.

Poor people working are busy up the walls. Waiting time for the burger is way to long for the fast food, meat raw inside and order made wrong. After minutes just get money back and left hungry. I won't be coming back after my experience.

I was there on Monday and Wednesday. On Monday I asked for Smokey bacon burger without tomatoe and burger sauce instead of Smokey sauce instead I got it plain with burger sauce. On Wednesday my Smokey was right but instead cheeseburger with bacon that I ordered I got regular cheeseburger. That’s mistakes in a row. I know it’s busy but as I person who knows company from the inside as I used to work in busy shops as supervisor I find it ridiculous and service there is a joke
