They have instagram, we communicate around to make the reservation. It's a trout farm, so the food is super fresh. Cesar very attentive. The menu is 1, consisting of an entrance of various trucha-based proposals, including trout pate, smoked trout, trout empanada, aromatized toast oil and garlic and several more. The main plane is baked trout with potatoes. There are 4 dessert options, we choose ambrose and baked corn baked with egg liquor. We ate very well, rich!!
To eat is excellent. The quality of food, very good attention. But to spend the day there, the dam is not the best and the pool was not clean. Price February 2023 4800 per person and does not include drink. He eats well, abundantly. Just eat trout. Don't expect other menus.
A very nice place! In the restaurant they make you feel part of your family and that makes it unique. You have to pre-book (such as everything in Malargüe) but when the experience comes it is very nice. The food is very rich, both the entrance, the main dish and desserts (rare for me!! But very rich). Cheff and his mom are lovely people. In surroundings it is very nice to visit both the farmer and the Dique that is a few meters away.

I tried the trout menu, which includes entry, main dish and dessert, and it was delicious! Excellent attention and you can visit the farm, totally recommended! Make a reservation because a weekend is full.
