Bidra med feedbackWhen I asked the waitress what was vegan, she didn't seem to understand. I was uncomfortable. However, when I explained that it meant no milk, no butter, etc., she understood. When I finished my plate, she offered to be tightened. So the quantities are generous.
The food was great, the atmosphere was so komfortable, felt like home. The staff was really nice too. Would definitly recommend.:
Their homemade India breads are SOOOO delicioius and crispy! Honestly felt that it rivals the infamous Bukhara's (New Dehlli). The chicken biryani was HUGE (enough for 2 3 people). Superbly tasty! Their Tandoori chicken is moist and not as spicy as anticipated. Their ice cream is homemade too! Traditional flavour, it's a must try. Their potatoe samoosa has a really strange looking skin and it was not crispy, but hey, it was delicious. The continuous playing of bollywood dance scene was just so right for the restaurant. The entire place can only seat 16 people and the bollywood on projector pulls the whole place together. Wonderful small restaurant! 1 set menu (starter main desert) a la carte (starter and main) was WAY too much food for 2 people. We had enough left over for lunch for the both of us.
Restaurant very cheap and cheap. The dishes are hearty and friendly staff. I recommend
We were attracted by the very positive comments on this restaurant, but we are rather mixed... 50 minutes waiting to get our order to take... it’s a bit long. We were also disappointed with the naans (cheese and garlic) because they were too dense, burned on one side, and very little garnished. The lamb of massala tikka was also bof: the tips are small, not tender, the dish lacks spices, not enough... We do not necessarily recommend, it is a pity
