Bidra med feedbackYes! I am giving a five! I've been frequenting UCC Viena Café in Greenbelt because: (1) they serve really great food, and (2) their people are reliable and always accomodating. The one in the picture is one of the variants of their Omurice. I am not a fan of anything curry. I would avoid curry as much as possible. But it was hard to say No to this one when shrimp, mushroom, salmon and omurice just kept calling for my tastebuds. My personal favorite, however, is their seafood soup spaghetti, paired with any of their sandwiches, (which for me are all equally appealing). Now, maybe I'm just biased because I love seafoods, but I think I'm being fair and honest in saying that it IS really awesome! You should really try that! Will take a photo next time (I always forget, because all I can think of whenever I order this is to devour it. ????) On the price side, if you are on a budget, steer clear. You've been warned. :)
Love their pasta!! Especially the cream based. The oil based is not that delicious for its price . Coffee are great. If you're into strong and rich taste you better try their coffee!!
After hours appreciating and looking at the different exhibits in Art Fair Philippines, I certainly worked up an appetite. My aunt, her friend, and I decided to have an early dinner at the nearby UCC Cafe. I ordered the Hokkaido french toast with bacon and egg and a drink of iced chocolate (I am a fan of breakfast for dinner). The food was overall good, and the drink was really creamy and thick - but the service was slow. We asked for our cheque and had to wait around 5 to 10 minutes only to realize that they've forgotten our request for a cheque. It was a good thing we weren't in a hurry, otherwise, we would've been very upset. I had to ask for the cheque again.
Compared to SB their cakes are not that sweet, na need mo pang magorder ulit. Taste nung frapps, almost no difference with SB, yung servings lang pagkakaiba kasi maliit at slim yung baso. On the good side, di ka mauumay kasi may mga sandwiches sila to balance the sweet taste of the coffee. Sa sb kasi matatamis halos and their sandwich is preserve na medyo hindi fresh tingnan.
A friend told me that UCC serves the best curry in Manila. I did not believe him at first since i perceived UCC as a coffee shop more than anything else. Well, lo and behold, the curry which we had with chicken katsu went beyond judgment. The curry was well balanced and was not too rich. Authentic Japanese curry indeed ???????????? Craving for some curry? I suggest to check out UCC. They are located everywhere and quite accessible. Let me know what you think.
