Very friendly staff, unfortunately, he was on his own so service was a bit slower. Overall, it's a lovely place with a really nice personal touch. (They also have an excellent food variation in their menu
Had a very mediocre wrap. It had a very bitter, burnt taste to it. I couldn't pinpoint exactly what it was though, and my guess is something burned in the kitchen, they took it out but the smell and some of the taste lingered. Portion was large though. Staff is not unfriendly but a bit passive and uninterested which created an awkward atmosphere, which is in stark contrast with the vibrant looks of the place. If you don't care about food and hospitality, why are you running a restaurant?
When in Makati, it is a must stop. Love their refreshing watermelon juice and the vegan chili con carne burritto. It is my favorite treat when I just want to have a great food. The colorful interiors add to good vibes. Great music as well
The Kismet Café is a refreshing, colorful oasis, squeezed in between international shop and coffee chains, at the bottom of a skyscraper. This is wonderfully decorated place, Buddhism inspired and with a good alternative healthy card as well as with an inspiring bookshelf. It is one of the very few individually managed, customer oriented and very personally run coffee places in Makati. More of these please! Feel at home. My Humus sandwich came with a tomato soup.
A really small cute cafe with good coffee. Staff is friendly and helpful. They have good wifi and atmosphere there is relaxed. They also have a book exchange which is amazing for a cafe and really rare. The prices are high average. From outside it might not look like your number 1 choice but it's definitely worth to go inside and have some coffee or food.
