I really enjoyed the vegetarian pho; I've had it several times. However, on one occasion toward the end of the day, the dish seemed like it was leftover, with little flavor and missing basil and a few other ingredients. Update 2/21/2020: I've changed my rating from 3 stars to 1. I will never eat here again. I feel that only 100% vegan restaurants can be trusted. I found a piece of excrement at the bottom of my vegetarian pho, and they removed the charge for it from my bill. Additionally, I discovered a dead fly in the jalapeño condiment container.
