I happened to pass by this cute little shop along makati avenue and got curious so I came the next morning. Since it was a little early, I wanted to have something warm. When I came in, it was a little quiet, I was the only customer there and the shop looked empty so I said 'good morning' and someone appeared behind the counter and replied 'good morning'. I saw a menu-looking board by the counter and as I was reaching for it I told the cashier I would like to take one and sit down (so i could have some time to explore the menu) but she abruptly cut me and pointed at the wall and said that's their whole menu. (It was a huge menu board on the wall but i didn't notice it.) So I stood there for a while, looking at the whole thing but there were a lot in the list so I didn't bother reading one by one. When I saw the word 'hot' I just ordered the combo pastry and hot drink. However though, the cashier was a little suplada. She's a little impatient cutting me as I talk and seemed like she's expecting the customers to know everything on the menu. Also, I didn't know if it was self-service or not but I just assumed it was because of the trays lined up on the counter. In total, the food was ok (I had chocolate croissant and hot americano) but they definitely have to brush up on their customer service.

Their sandwiches are always fresh. My favorite is the L'.Everest: Crispy bacon with creamy goat cheese, spicy arugula and herbs de provence. The sandwiches look so big but I always finish it, it's really good.
EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCE! Today, around 12:14pm, I ordered at Paris Delice via their online delivery service. Immediately, I received an email notification that my order was "on it's way." After waiting for more than an hour, I called their number around 1:30pm. The staff who answered sounded cluecless, but after asking my name, she confirmed after 3 seconds that I indeed ordered but they did not see it due to "bad internet connection." Interestingly, the internet was so bad, that she was able to view my ticket order after mere seconds. She said that they haven't done it, and that I have to wait for 45 min. She also said that they have no rider yet. After less than 5 minutes (1:33pm), I called them again to inform that I am cancelling my order. At this point, I was already so hungry that I decided to just step out of office to eat out. Surprise! Surprise! When I came back to office, they delivered my "cancelled order," and asked our admin officer for payment. Since, my colleague already paid it, I was forced to pay my colleague for it. I e-mailed Paris Delice, as well as messaged their Facebook page to report and complain about the incident. Thus far, I am "seen-zoned." Overall a bad experience. I would never want to dine in there nor order online. If there is a negative rating, I would have rated them negative.
