Jollibee - Makakilo

Unique fast food. Compared to the typical USA fast food options, this was a great place to try something different with quick speed. Staff was friendly. Drive thru was fast. Store was out of some options which is why I gave 4 stars.

Food was great, chicken was delicious, mashed potatoes were my son's favorite. Enjoyed the adobo rice immensely especially with the generous amount of gravy they give. This would've been a FIVE star post had it not been for the long straight black hair my mom pulled out of her adobo rice she was almost halfway done with

The food was a good as any other Jollibee we 've been to, and this location is very clean, however the 2 stars is for service. Ordered two spicy sandwiches, we 're out . Ordered a family bucket and didn 't ask if we wanted regular or spicy, once we asked (nothing there 's three pieces of spicy flagged behind him), had some attitude and said we 'd have to come back for more while we dined in, did not come to offer when they were ready, and when we went back up to the line waited another 10 minutes to get our original ordered filled (as they were already filling other customers spicy orders who came in after us). While I noted this location is very clean, there appears to be mismanagement of people as multiple employees were on break sitting in the dining room, and 4 people were cleaning the same area.

Huh was very much taste I found for kartoffels very water below not sure if this normal, next time I will fries it. stay hungry my friends. enjoy

Usually good but today no ‘spicy’ sauce for the chicken. Also my sandwich straight up had a cup of mayo on it nothing else. I had to scoop it off.
