Bidra med feedbackHad a great breakfast this morning. The atmosphere leaves something to be desired, but the food is very good. I had the Crabcake Eggs Benedict, which was wonderful. My husband had the Kahlúa Pork Eggs Benedict, and my son had the Breakfast Burrito. They cleaned their plates and said it was very delicious.
It was absolutely the best local breakfast spot we found fo brecfast. But we had to wait some time to be served.
Poor service and waitress has attitude! Next time Hanara’s!!!
If you're in Honolulu, I wouldn't drive out here to eat breakfast. But if you're already in Waianae and you're hungry, this place is decent.
The restaurant is right across the beach, making the outside seatings gratifying. The cafe seems to attract locals with their breakfast meals and pancakes. Make sure to check out the speciality meals that’s written next to the cashier, cause that’s where the “Ube Pancakes” were hidden. The “Ube Pancakes” is a meal to go back. The pancake itself seems flat and little to no fluffiness. Yet the sauce makes up for the flatness. The cream improves the pancakes, making it an appetizing dish. Asked the server “What’s are you guys famous for” and “What do many people order”. The server recommended the “Countryside Steak”. The dish was good but nothing special. The steak was deep fried well with a golden brown crisp, but the meat itself was bland. Also ordered over easy eggs, but was given scrambled. Overall the restaurant receives 7.2 out of 10. Have to try out other dishes on the menu, because it could be better than the “Countryside Steak”. The “Ube Pancakes” is delicious enough to bring back customers.
