Lost a star for the less than enthusiastic greeting I expect from a business where I want to spend money. The young man was expressive. It is amazing how an employee can adjust the ambience of a sandwich shop. Manager must emphasize smile will return business. I am sad that the young people were obviously unhappy. Maybe a change in the landscape will make him good.
The staff was very rude. I'm really surprised. I asked about oil and vinegar on my sub and the guy on the registered snapped with me? I can't add this to your sub? and simply moved on with my order to ask no other questions. I still bought my sub and asked the girl that made my sub for oil and vinegar packages or on the side and even more rude, then the first guy gave me the dirty look and snapped? Can't you get that on the side and go away? I asked if she was joking, I was so shocked. Quite sure this is a sub-shop where you can add/ withdraw any toppings. I get the same sub every time I'm here and there? I would have paid extra or changed my order. This extent of injustice is unacceptable to ask a SIMPLE question. I've been in the industry for a long time and I understand that times stressful customers can be rude. But that wasn't known.

Clean place and clean bathrooms. Friendly staff and solid food. Hard working staff that dealt with a trouble customer very professionally. Thanks jimmy johns! So good.
