Mcdonald's - Maineville

During my recent visit to the establishment for a quick takeout lunch, I encountered an unfortunate situation. They had completely run out of chicken and fish options, leaving me with limited choices. I proceeded to order two double cheeseburgers, but upon receiving my order, I discovered that I had been given two single cheeseburgers instead.To rectify the mistake, I promptly parked my vehicle and went inside to explain the error. They handed me one double cheeseburger, but I had to clarify that my order was for two double cheeseburgers. Consequently, I had to wait for the preparation of the remaining double cheeseburger.This entire experience resulted in an unnecessary waste of my valuable time. As a result, I have decided to refrain from visiting this particular establishment in the future.

Mcdonald's has really good food and drinks and ice cream in milkshakes and coffee

Always love visiting this location, fast, friendly, and always delicious and refreshing ???

Service is terrible they do not fix any issues with inside customers there only concern is with the drive thru I myself stood with other patrons for over 20 mins before I gave up and went somewhere else I will drive to lebanon 20 mins out of the way just for the better service and

I’ve been to a hundred McDonald’s across the country but I have the distinct privilege to live near the most consistently slow fast food establishment this side of the Mississippi. The building is always clean and the food is standard McDonald’s, but the service is painfully slow. This location has been through so many managers and staff I’m not even sure if I could blame it on the people. I just think the building is cursed to provide the slowest possible service until the end of time.
