The pasta is a little overcooked, but the sauce is exceptional. The bread served at the table was also very good. Prices are normal, with 15 euros you can have lunch with a generous first course. Informal but refined environment, courteous and punctual service, excellent dishes, in particular the salmon tartare, Roman artichokes, tripe and a delicious carrot and pineapple cake with a fantastic cream.
