Starbucks - Mahwah

Good coffee as expected at Starbucks. Real busy drive through slows down the service inside. A big plus is that this store opens at 5am.

Drinks and food are consistent service needs work shouldn't feel rushed atmosphere needs more attention like wiped tables and dusted furniture would be nice. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I frequently visit this restaurant. The staff is excellent and I am able to work here without any interruptions. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

If I could, I would give this Starbucks a zero, it doesn't deserve a star. I didn't want to believe the reviews from other customers of this establishment, but their reviews are very accurate. This is the first time a Starbucks has refused to make me a freshly brewed Verona coffee (or what is called a pour over in English). The excuse they gave me was that they were only making Sumatra coffee, but I can't drink Sumatra as this coffee has herbs and spices that harm me. The girl working on Wednesday, September 20th at 8:00 in the morning rejected my order to make a Verona coffee as she told me they didn't do that. Then the guy working with her jumped into the conversation and told me he couldn't open a bag of Verona coffee, and could only sell me a Sumatra coffee. I definitely wouldn't come back to this Starbucks. I would drive further to go to another one where they provide better customer service. The owners need to train their employees better or definitely invest and hire new employees.
