Jimmy John's - Mahomet

It's good food and quick delivery are great, but the are constantly getting things wrong with the order, whether delivering something I did not order or simply not bringing one of the items at all.

I have had a bad experience everytime we have ordered from this location. It is always slow service, when delivering it takes 30-45 minutes, when you call to ask where it is it is an excuse of how busy they are. I love Jimmy Johns and will continue to order, but will gladly drive to Champaign, as they are busy, and still get your order to you in a timely fashion (freaky fast). Twice they have gotten a few things incorrect and had to come back, and another delivered it to the wrong address. Ive even tried ordering and picking up with no customers in the restaurant they were looking at their phones and said oh week I'll have it ready in a few minutes (this was 15 minutes after ordering it).

I had another great sandwich at Jimmy John's! The restaurant was very clean and the staff was friendly. The sandwiches were made quickly and accurately. I tried the new Cajun chicken wrap, it was delicious and had a nice kick to it. The parking lot was easy to access for a quick in and out.

The staff at this restaurant is welcoming and accommodating, creating a positive atmosphere for customers.
