Chan Ngoen - Maha Sarakham

This is one of the oldest and best restaurants in the city, specializing in Chinese Thai dishes... I am biased because we have held a pre-wedding dinner here decades ago and have great memories of filling the whole place with friends and family from all over the world. Today the entire building has been renewed in a classic style and the food is somehow even better than I remember... Definitely worth a visit! Also: This place has the best Gai Manao (Thai Style Lemon Chicken) in the known universe! If you are a fan of this court, this is worth a visit alone!

Really great food and good taste at very reasonable prices. Family friendly and staff were very helpful. If I lived on site, I would often go there.

I lived here for almost two years and I think this is the best restaurant in the city. The service, diversity and prices are excellent and the food is excellent. It is the choice of my Thai family for special occasions and mine for a great lunch.
