Bidra med feedbackHorrible quality of chicken. They hardly resembled chicken parts. Lots of fat and gristle, tough meat, broken bones. This seems to be a trend at KFC, and this will be our final visit to any of them. Waited at least 5 minutes at the counter to be waited on, and their only other customers were in the drive thru. They appeared severely understaffed. The cashier was pleasant. Biscuits and sides were fine, but I don't know what's up with those chickens.
It took over an hour to get a mobile order, yet online in my app it showed my order ready 40 minutes before they actually had it ready.
Ordered Mac n cheese bowls that are SUPPOSED to come with chicken bits….. I got 3 bowls of plain Mac and cheese for the same price as with chicken…. NEVER AGAIN …. The staff is lazy and rude!
Well, It's too bad that KFC's food quality has gone downhill at most locations.
CHICKEN WAS OVER HEATED, TO DRY. HAD TO FEED TO DOG 2 HOURS LATER STARV I NG NOTHING TO EAT......SUCK¡!!!
