Bidra med feedbackThis was a rather poor experience initially. It took a little while for us to get service at the counter. Then when we did we were massively overcharged. The prices on the board were not the same as the prices in the terminal. The entered the wrong order for my son. After 3 tries they made it right, but it took a lot more explaining than should have been needed. Then they forgot the fries for my combo meal. A lackluster experience all around.
It's trying to get better but they've a ways to go yet. Please start with teaching employees to listen carefully, not play games, and care about how they look in the customer's eyes. These changes start with good management.
They forgot one part of my order, but did get it to me before I left.
Drive up window: Me: 2 pot pies with 2 bottle waters 1 med cheese curds-Not science, not a lot of foodWaited over 15 mins in #1 spot, service was horrible at the window! Had to go inside to get food and it was coldWent back to window for refund, no waters available- one cashier said just give her cups of water, poor communication ! No hablo EspañolI will never stop there again! It’s pretty sad what fast food has come too….
Have always loved coming here! This specific location is always so relaxed (I go outside of rush times lol) The staff here are always so friendly! Keep up the great work you guys!
