Bidra med feedbackI accidentally stopped at this bar, sitting outside. I chose to take a granita and after the waiter informs me that the granite are produced entirely by them, I wait curious. I'm not kidding when I say it's the most good granita in ASSOLUTO among all those eaten until now. The one I chose was strawberry. Such an intense taste that seemed to eat delicious strawberries. I can't wait to go back to taste another!! I recommend to everyone to try it! !
On the occasion of a visit to T-shirts, we go to this bar in search of a fresh granite, of those with authentic taste in which we perceive the taste of lemon. To my request, the owner, quite annoyed, tells us that they do the granite only in this way: in practice a mixture of water, sugar and lemon syrup, spreading it for artisan granite. From Apulian I know very well how the granita is prepared in other areas of Puglia or South Italy and this granite was not minimally comparable. Not to mention the price: a granita 4 euro!!! Tourists aren't a ****. To avoid, at least for the granite.. .
Someone told me that the spumon of this bar was the best of knits! But for love!!!! They have neither the consistency nor the taste of the true artisan spumone. Do you know how much I paid for 1 takeaway? 6 euro!!!!!!! From Martinucci a competing bar at 20 meters costs half 3 euros!! And I remember finding it much better. But. Beyond the tastes that are personal a product how can it cost double to 20 meters away? ?
Unfriendly and friendly staff. I took some takeaway ice cream with 4 cones (paid separately with 1 kg of ice cream taken and paid well!!! The cone was really poor from the point of view of quality because it was not like a waffle but it seemed almost of polystyrene and the stracciatella ice cream made by fior of mixed milk with pieces of some left Easter egg!!!! Scandalous! I was alluded. In fact the ice cream was too sweet and stumpy also because it felt the classic taste of Easter egg milk chocolate....instead of dark chocolate chips!! Never happened in my whole life. Never again. .
At least once a year you have to taste the typical products of T-shirts So this summer we went to eat the calzones of Saverio Salutati Gino and the Lady we asked to serve us with the delicacy of always our calzoni Soffice pasta leavevitata fritta with wisdom and care, dry and never greased, with their filling of tomato and mozzarella melt ' A big hug
