Zum Prater - Magdeburg

The Gaststätte Zum Prater is located on the Berlin Chaussee and is a very nice destination for us if we want to eat good German cuisine, it has a good selection of dishes, we are very friendly and fast served. The owner has well connected museum and restaurant. It's worth a visit.

Eine gemütliche Kneipe mit Restaurant. Man kann sich gemütlich hinsetzen und ein gepflegtes Pils trinken, man kann aber auch sehr lecker Essen. Meine Empfehlung sind das Würzfleisch und Strindberg einfach göttlich. Da alles frisch zubereitet wird kann es beim Essen zu einer gewissen Wartezeit kommen, aber das nehme ich gerne in Kauf.

First thing positive: Nice operation. Quick acceptance of the order. Food seems to be freshly prepared, as one heard how the carvings were knocked. (you could prepare, with only one cook) Now to the negative: Friday earlier evening, waited for an hour and still no food. To the question of how long it takes, we got the answer: now not long but I'll ask in the kitchen. It also remained, no feedback. Then we decided to pay our drinks and dismiss the food. The cook came out of the kitchen and said that didn't go, the carvings are now in the pan. And we don't need to come back! We won't!!!!!!!!!!!

The food was very tasty and the service was very friendly. Value for money also reasonable. The decor is rustic but you are there to eat ; I know where I'll eat next time I'm visiting Magdeburg. (Original Das Essen war sehr sehr lecker und die Bedienung total freundlich. Preis Leistung auch angemessen. Die Einrichtung ist zwar rustikal aber man ist ja zum Essen da ; Ich weiß wo ich das nächste mal esse wenn ich in Magdeburg zu Besuch bin.
