Ratskeller Magdeburg

We stayed for dinner on March 3, 2018 on the occasion of our engagement in the Ratskeller. We had received the tip from acquaintances who had already arranged and loved their wedding party there. The restaurant invites us to stay with its warm ambience. At the entrance of the restaurant we were kindly greeted by the service staff and accompanied at our table. The lovingly designed table decoration was particularly positive. The service is obviously addressed here. The menu is designed for German cuisine, where you can find typical dishes for a restaurant. These are, however, modernly interpreted by the cook and are very tastefully dressed. In short, the food was simply delicious Since the selection of a suitable wine naturally falls hard, we were very pleased to advise the service staff. During the evening, the restaurant manager had also explored our well-being and a round of champagne was donated at the expense of our commitment. Conclusion: We had a very nice evening and will visit the rat cellar in the near future.

We were there on Saturday and for good reason also on Sunday. Top location, absolutely friendly, accommodating staff that needs a little time for a small snack, provided it allows the current situation and very, very tasty, plentiful portion food with a small snack from the house in front. We have announced it and will make it true: we are guaranteed to come back and very happy! Thanks to the entire team and greetings from Braunschweig, we see you! Ingo Karin

The preparations for our graduation ceremony were planned by the managing director personally, excellently. The offer of food and beverages, designed individually for us, had no wishes in advance. Nevertheless, our expectations for the joint evening were exceeded. The buffet was very lovingly decorated and offered a tasteful variety from very beautifully dressed desserts, salads and other appetizers, over Kasseler-Keule, right on the buffet. In the historical centre of the Ratskeller, the Episcopal Chamber, we were well served by the friendly kitchen and service staff throughout the evening. The managing director also invited us to a drink at the house during a short historical trip over the history of the Ratskeller and welcomed us all warmly. It was a very pleasant great evening in your restaurant! The entire team of the Ratskeller deserves a big fat DANKESCHÖN! We look forward to the next visit
