Hummus Place is located at the bottom of a shopping center, but it is open all day and was just what we were looking for. We ordered the original hummus, the double vegetable burger, and the stuffed eggplant. We were also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary starter. The hummus was creamy and delicious with a generous amount of tahini, and the freshly baked bread was piping hot and tasty! The owner, who is Israeli, was very welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend a visit here for any hummus enthusiasts. I would give it 5 stars if I could!

It's been an unbeatable experience. the quality/price ratio is unbeatable and the attention of the impeccable waitress, very understanding with the recommendations and the service. the food is very good, with a lot and with a very cozy touch. It is indispensable to try any of the hummo, which in my opinion are the best of madrid. vegetarian lasagna is also very good. Try it!
