A very centrally located speciality coffee shop in Madrid. It's in the centre of the city, and yet in a quiet part of a quiet street. However, we did not like the coffee much. It was probably the roast or just the beans, but it was not for us. The food was ok. Nothing special.
Serves a creamy, nutty cappuccino alongside a handful of teas and hand-food options. Croissants and other baked goods seemingly made on the premises. The extensive seating is in a post-industrial feel, softened by the delightfully welcoming service.
The flat white with oat milk was incredible. The Himalaya tea was spectacular and for desserts we order the doble almond croissant and the lemon olive cake, both were amazing! We will repeat for sure!
First cafe I visited on my arrival to Madrid. Good experience overall. I ordered a latte and a plain croissant, and it was good. It was the perfect way to start my trip and set the tone for the rest of my travels.
