Bidra med feedbackOverall a nice experience, kind and helpful staff and Mrs. Rina very nice and welcoming, however there were some negative aspects: as regards the cuisine overall, it was normal, nothing special; we took the annex suite which unfortunately has a serious flaw, namely that it is located outside the structure, you have to exit the main corridor of the rooms and reach it, with the cold there and after the spa we were sick with the flu in the next days. Another really negative aspect was the shipping of the luggage upon our return, so more than 2 weeks passed without being able to understand what had happened with the shipping labels, which were checked and arranged before leaving us and which only had to be glued onto the luggage and collected by the courier already paid and organized before the holiday, some aspects were a shame because for the rest everything went well. Rooms: The Dependance Suite has the serious problem mentioned in the review, you have to exit the main corridor even in a bathrobe going to or returning to the spa because it is located outside the main structure. Food drinks: Normally, not much.
I have to congratulate the Mase' family and all their staff because they made us have a wonderful Christmas!!! they are all kind, helpful and very professional... everything was perfect: the room was clean and very spacious even though we had a standard 403, the food was delicious with fresh products and typical dishes, including gluten-free ones (for me it was a dream because the products were homemade and not packaged...delicious!!! At least here I didn't feel different since I have celiac disease), the wellness center was wonderful and complete with everything... very well organized even for ski equipment (a special room with lockers numbered where to store skis and boots after skiing).. and then what can I say about Mrs. Rina, splendid!! always present and attentive to the needs of her guests like her very kind and professional daughter.. thank you so much .. keep going we'll see you again soon!!
We were guests of the Hotel for the classic ski week and we can say that the experience was perfect. Upon arrival, staff were ready to take care of our luggage and park our car; At reception Sara welcomed us with professionalism, attention and a big smile. Bright, spacious room, tidy furnishings, large and luxurious bathroom. Easy access ski room, with heated and lockable personal locker. The shuttle service to the slopes works really well, the staff is quick to take you to the slopes and equally quick to pick you up after calling the Reception, in practice we never waited more than a few minutes. The restaurant, both for breakfast and dinner, is a real gem. Gourmet menu with refined and delicious dishes. Absolutely worth mentioning is the experience in the Stube with the meat Bourguignonne, accompanied by eight exquisite sauces and the Chef's welcome entrée and a small pastry at the end. All masterfully orchestrated in the dining room by Maria Grazia, Daniela and Lidia (not to take anything away from the remaining staff but I'll mention those who made us directly enjoy their professionalism) who were attentive, professional and very friendly and nice (which doesn't hurt at all). In the evening, excellent cocktails served by Stefano, a perfect barman also in conversation. Finally, it is absolutely necessary to mention HER, that is, the owner Mrs. Rina who invests you with her love for the hotel industry, her friendliness, determination and total attention that manages to convey everything to you together!! In a word WE FELT AT HOME, WITH FAMILY. Absolutely recommended hotel and not to be missed.

We were guests for a few days at this property in Madonna di Campiglio. The Crozzon hotel turned out to be a nice surprise. A few steps from the centre, a pleasant location for an evening walk, the hotel offers every service, all of high quality. The reception is managed with professionalism by both the girls in charge and the baggage service. The rooms, well cleaned, comply with the standards of a four star hotel; we were left with exactly what was seen in the photo, not to be underestimated. The restaurant room as well as the service and the dishes deserve an excellent rating. The staff is friendly and professional. The common spaces are really many and different from each other. There is a space suitable for anyone: from the Bar area, to the shared TV area, to the relaxation area, to the play area. The internal spa area, elegant and functional, is complete with every comfort: from the swimming pool to the various saunas, to the relaxation areas, you can spend wonderful moments. The car can be parked both in the external and internal parking. They are protected and monitored. I would like to dedicate a special quote to the lady, the owner of the hotel. A lady in love with her job who goes around the hotel to take care of every little detail or request. But above all the Lady directly takes care of the relationship with the Customer which in most structures has disappeared or has been delegated to officials. It is a real pleasure and above all a great stimulus to see how much commitment and passion the Lady dedicates to the activity. Chapeau See you next time Luca Dominici Tourist Technical Director
