We came for breakfast before 8, where there were very few people and all tables were empty with reservations, so we sat somewhere in a corner as if we were less important guests. We couldn't get a seat at a table overlooking the mountains, even though the restaurant was nearly empty. Should guests feel good in such a hotel? We paid a lot of money for an 8 day stay and 3 rooms, but we just felt bad. The spa can be booked at specific times, the best tables in the restaurant are reserved for those who don't even come for breakfast. The staff do not speak English at all, including the bus driver, who was difficult to communicate with. I injured my leg on the slope and had to wait more than 40 minutes for the groste before the driver came to pick me up and after every call (I called 4 times) he said he would be there in 5 minutes. Very rude gentleman at the reception: short, blond. On the day of departure we asked for an extension of check out (due to stomach problems) until 12pm, we were refused, then before 1pm the receptionist asked us if there was anyone else in the room? If the rooms weren't cleaned immediately, why couldn't we just stay there an hour more? For one of the rooms we were billed for dinner for over 700 euros, which did not belong to us. Only after showing the photos, date and time that we had dinner at another restaurant that day, our bill was canceled this is some kind of scandal. Why doesn't anyone print the order receipt with the name and room number and give it to the guests to sign? Just like other hotels do. This information should be verified by staff. Otherwise anyone can have a drink at the bar in my room. We have been to Italy 3 times in 2023 including once in January to Madonna and the lower class hotel had much better service, was customer oriented, just nice and no problems. Here the customer is not important, he must adapt to the rules established by the staff or manager.

Very spacious and pleasant room with the only flaw that we had a door (inside the room) that communicated directly with another room. The employees are all very kind and professional, unfortunately we could not use the spa swimming pool (because it contains a maximum of 12 people and must be booked in advance). The excellent location near the Grostè ski lift and free shuttle service. Rooms: 4

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, serious flaw in the food, everything frozen of poor quality, cold dishes from the fridge and leftovers from the night before in the buffet; pre-cooked pasta, very little choice. You have to book the swimming pool and you only have 1 hour a day, but it isn't said at the time of booking. One day it was all booked and we couldn't go. It's a shame because the hotel deserves it, very helpful drivers, very clean, warm rooms.
