Taco Bell - Madisonville

Great customer service... Was looking to find a flavored lemonade and they offered a strawberry. Making my day...

Went through the drive thru. Placed my order for tacos and a drink. The staff person told me if I ordered a certain combo I would get an extra taco and it would cost the same. The tacos were crispy with fresh vegetables and the meat had the perfect seasoning for this person who doesn't like it spicy.

Super great and fast service. Food was good and hot. Really enjoyed it.

If I could I’d give them a fat 0. The kid a guy hands me food slams drive thru door in face lol while he’s talking to someone else. Get to baseball field realized it was wrong order. My girl spit it back in bag cause blah. I go back they tried to give the order I returned to another customer I said no one wants that my daughter spit the food out in it. I had to repeat myself several times . Than they find my order sitting on counter. Omg all soggy and cold. Instead of remaking my 2 chicken Quesadillas 2tacos Mexican pizza and nacho belle grande they hand me 2 coupons for 1 free taco! Lol We threw all that food away. Timid to eat it. We will NEVER return.

Honestly really bad. Molded tortillas, old grey steak, sour and foul vegetables. Consistently bad, regardless of time or day. Taco Bell has become an absolute mess over all, and this one is one of the worst stores. Taco Bell used to be my favorite, now I will avoid it going forward.
