Sonic Drive-in - Madisonville

Unfortunately, the order was wrong, even after clarifying prior to purchase. Staff were friendly and service was speedy.

They brought me the wrong Burger and then when they brought the right Burger the bacon was cooked so hard you couldn't even eat it

I hate sonic menu set up. You can not order a hamburger . You order a cheeseburger, cut the cheese, mustard instead of mayo ect, ect. Pain in the neck. Oh just because you cut the cheese you still pay for it, because you ordered a cheeseburger. Will not go again to sonic. Meat was bland too. No taste.

Me and my grandmother had came to get some food, then we took it to the park to sit down to eat. We started eating our food. That was until, I seen a roach

Although my experience was great and i only got a drink... i honestly think sonic should turn the drive thrus ONLY for drinks and ice cream treats...if you order an food that takes time to prep the visitor should always have to pull in to a spot and not go through the drive thru line....it holds up everyone for the in and out quick motion! Just my opinion.
