Rally's Hamburgers - Madisonville

No cleanliness in the store, all workers were on their phone and touching my food. The worker that did have gloves on still touched his phone and didn?t change his gloves, defeats the purpose of gloves.

Love the Texas BBQ float chicken, fries, with cheese sauce and BBQ sauce along with jalapeño peppers slices), hoping that this will be a permanent meal and not a seasonal item.

Lunchtime and only 1 drive through window open. Waited over 30 mins in line and when got to window, only 2 employees working. Not acceptable

Can you believe I have lived down south for over 12yrs and never ate at this place? Well, 1st time trying it after a long day of soccer and a 2 hour ride home and I was not disappointed. The lady running the restaurant was VERY NICE and super courteous!!She is a wonderful person, even though she yelled at me for not telling her I was military!!! Lmao, she truelly is awesome. Ifyou're in a rush and need something on the go then I would recommend it.

1st good food and nice people. My only complaint or should I say concern is it looks dirty and so can the staff. I hate tobsay that makes me feel like a jerk. I think the drive could use some work. I can say this last time and only time I seen a ladyinside who wasn't in uniform. She was just in regular clothes and shebwas covered in mess probably from all the greases.. Maybethey have been swamped and Low staffing and it's just a messy job. Maybeee. Just the place has went down hill the last few itseems is all Anyways I got my food fast mostly in 10 mins maybe one time I've waited 20 mins in line this year 2022 the longest.So that's good. and that's far and few. My order is correct hot and fresh So other than that I hate complaining. Becauseeveryone always seems nice and gets the job done so far. I always update my thoughts and reactions too so hope this helps foranyone wondering
