Fazoli's - Madisonville

Julia and Madison here at fazolis and the staff here is absolutely awesome. Great service and not along wait on times. I?m very impressed with everyone?s attitude. Everyone seemed happy to help and was very on top of their game. So happy I choose here tohave dinner on Tuesday nights!!! Thanks everyone working there for a great meal. Very Well done!!!

My boy Lance Johnson is number one cook in the state all food was warm to the table and the food was prepped perfectly. Sauces portioned prefect and noodles were cooked perfectly too. I don?t know what he makes per hour but he deserves more

None of the tables were clean. The cashier did not acknowledge us when our food was ready and took it to a different table. She stood behind the cash register for the entire time, doing nothing. At 7 pm, she informed us that the back section of the restaurant had to be closed off, likely due to the dirty dining room. The tables were sticky, the floors were dirty, and the concession stand had almost no items stocked except for straws. The drive-thru attendant was attempting to clean and was excellent, but the cashier was not. I spoke to the district manager, who promised to send something to make up for the poor visit, but I have yet to receive anything.

Hello Don Finch. I noticed that your staff has been trained to take orders, but they are not fulfilling them. After waiting for 38 minutes, our food still hasn't arrived. There are 10 other orders sitting at tables with no food as well. This is unacceptable, sir!

This restaurant in Madisonville is honestly one of the slowest I've experienced. The last three times I've been there, there has been an issue with my order. Tonight, I used my earned points to get a free 6-piece breadstick, but after waiting for 10 minutes in the parking lot, it was not included in my order.
