I was gonna place an order thru the drive thru, got to the speaker and they said they’d be right with me, next thing I know I get screamed at thru the speaker. I work in customer service and am a shift manager. There is no way I would take my anger out on a customer. They need to train their employees on how not to take someone’s order. I just drove off without any food. It was really uncalled for
