Tai's Asian Bistro - Madison

I regret not taking a photo of our food, it was prepared fresh and hot and was so appetizing and delicious we just couldn 't pause to take a picture of it. We got the Dinner Special which comes with the entree, fried rice, and an eggroll. A large meal for sure, we took at least half of ours home with us. I had the Bourbon Chicken, which I highly recommend, but the extensive menu offers many other tempting dishes that I am looking forward to trying. Order at the counter, find a seat at a table, and they will call you back up to the counter when your order is ready. Steady take-out business going on as well while we were there.

Customers pay at the cashier. The food was delicious, but a little too greasy and salty. The service was fast and friendly.

The menu at this restaurant is extensive, but our food was prepared quickly after ordering at the counter, arriving in less than 5 minutes. The spicy beef dish had a satisfying level of heat and a thin sauce, while other dishes, though tasty, were covered in a typical brown sauce that varied from slightly sweet to somewhat thick. The bubble tea, with options like taro or strawberry and small boba, was also delicious.

My wife ordered the bourbon chicken and I had spicy shrimp. Really good food. You order at the counter and sit down. They call out your order. Food was ready quickly and hot! This was our first time here. Definitely coming back. The fella sitting behind us had beef and broccoli. It looked so good I had to ask him. He said the chicken and broccoli were done perfectly. Thank you!!
