I give your coffee 10 stars!! Long time customer, used to be able to order k-cups directly. Now I'm purchasing through the grocery store. Your quality has gone down hill. Your k-cups seal bust open, and it's happening more frequently!!I'm done buying your coffee. I throw half of the pods away.

Keurig pods don’t hold up to the heat- seal on top breaks, all the grounds end up in your cup and your left with a mess

The Rocky Road coffee is the bomb! They also make a mean hazelnut latte with oat milk. If I lived in Madison, I would be a frequent customer.

This coffee came to my local Pick n Save in Central Wisconsin, and I 'm absolutely hooked. We 've purchased the icing on the cake and everyone I 've ever made a pot for can 't get over how good it smells and tastes. We ran out and so did the store and I purchased a regular tub of coffee, that now in comparison tastes like dirt. Me and my husband don 't want anything else from here on out. Amazing brand! I can 't wait to try different flavors...especially since at least this flavor wasn 't artificial.

I hope I was just unlucky and got a bad batch of Highland Grog. Are you using all Arabica beans?
