This is a good Starbucks with friendly, hardworking employees. Drinks are normally ready on time and well made when ordering on the mobile app. Great location on the capital square in Madison.

There’s not a ton of seating, but it’s super nice that they don’t use bathroom keys! I’ve been to this location a few times now, and some of these times were to only use the toilet. The staff appears to be having fun while getting the job done, and they’re in such a great mood. Overall if you can find a seat, it’s a pretty nice Starbucks, especially if you can get a seat by the window facing the square!
