Panera Bread - Madison

For $12.29, there should be more meat on my steak sandwich. Was this vegetarian inspired? I know inflation is bad, but come on.

Tried to order a grain bowl last week for delivery and they called me and canceled my order because they didn?t have all the ingredients. Ok, understandable. Ordered one today and it was just delivered WITHOUT the grains. A ?warm grain? bowl with literally black beans, corn, tomatoes?.no grain?.

I?ve eaten here for years and this is the WORST experience I?ve had! I ordered the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt and it was NOT prepared as usual! This sandwich looks HORRIBLE and completely took my appetite. I won?t be patronizing this location anymore.

I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with the salad that I got today. I love the salads here, they usually are fresh and delicious, today I tried a strawberry poppy salad. I changed the chicken out for shredded chicken and paid for extra chicken. I got a little bowl with some chicken. I recall their full salads being bigger, I feel like I got a portion of a half salad and it was not enough as a meal by itself. I am sad that this is what a $14 salad looks like. I?d rather go to Publix and get a similar salad for $7 than to come back for this tiny salad.

Got a Mac&Cheese and a Mango smoothie, but ended up getting handed a Strawberry Banana smoothie. The service was kind and the place was clean. The wait just took a long time and they messed up my smoothie those are the only downsides.
