Olive Garden - Madison

Our server and eating were great. that was waiting long to sit down and get everything. even only the appetizers, salad and brotsticks, took forever. not sure whether they have short personal in the back or what, but it took a long time to get everything out of the kitchen. but when it arrived, it was delicious.

Hostess tonight was LESS than stellar, older woman, seemed grumpy (not only to us, but to each guest) as we waited in the lobby. Food was very on-par for Olive Garden. My mother, who is a 78-yr-old senior, will only eat at Olive Garden or Chili's..... tonight it was O.G. she ordered the Sharp Alfredo, I got the Stuffed Shells and some kind of Shrimp Onion Bell Pepper appetizer, and we both had salad. All was as expected for an O.G. our server did a good job.

We had a wonderful server. Her name was Cheryl. The food was great, the service was wonderful, and it was very affordable. It was my daughter's birthday. They sang and brought her a dessert!

The service was excellent, and dining here aligns perfectly with what you’d expect from Olive Garden. The ingredients are fresh, and the flavors are delightful. I appreciate that they continually introduce new menu items, even as an established restaurant. The Dallas and breadsticks are timeless classics. The new spicy Italian soup with greens and potatoes is very satisfying. In my opinion, the Alfredo sauce could use a bit more seasoning—more cheese and a touch of salt would enhance it, but it remains a favorite for me. Adding broccoli makes it even better!

The food was delicious and the service was quick. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience!
