Kfc - Madison

I did drive thru the older lady that helped me was ruled, she had part of my order wrong and act like it was my fault, she walked away from the window and someone else had to help. Than I get home and my chicken is really salty and greasee my fries was cold and greasee I call the manager and she say she was there when the lady was being ruled, and basically I order fried chicken and it's deep fried so it's greasee, and hung up. I really would like my money back . No food

Pot pie was delicious and drive-thru didn't have long wait time.

VERY RUDE STAFF! My wife and I went to this restaurant on 8 August 2021 at about 4PM to get some food. We stood at the counter for 5 to 10 minutes as 6 workers in the back of the restaurant looked at us and walked to places they couldn't see us. This one lady with long braided hair was particularly rude in that she did this twice, looked at her cellphone, and walked into a side room near the takeout window. One lady even walked out into the restaurant and walked out as she was done for the day. This is POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I will never eat at this place again! Zero stars!!!!! NOTE: I had to highlight one star as I couldn't post my review.

I got a 5 pc tender combo... around 2 pm... the tenders were so dried out i could barely chew them. Appeara they had been cooked several hours not fresh at all. I stopped at another chicken place and bought same type meal they were fresh. This was the worst KFC experience I have ever had.

Dirtiest restaurant I?ve ever been to and I?ve eaten all over the country. And this was well before lunch hour. There were only 3 customers there and 2 were leaving. Not a single clean booth or table and the floor was disgusting. My shoes stuck to it everywhere I walked with it caked in food, debris, old drinks, and who knows what else. I didn?t even bother going to the bathroom. Probably in worse shape than the dining room. And they are still advertising the buffet and it?s shut down. Get with the times. The sheep herding manmade covid experiment is over.
