Bottom Line: No Service (not poor service, NO service).Usually good service at this location. I arrived at 07:20 as the only customer in store and no employee was working the counter. There were 2 employees working drive thru and 1 employee in parking lot conversing with a parked car. After 5 minutes with the instore employees pretending I was not there (no acknowledgement of me waiting), I left (outside employee was still talking to person in parked car) and went 1/2 mile down to Daylight Donuts where I was served promptly.Definitely not the Dunkin service that is expected of the brand, I'm glad we have more donut shops that want our business.

Poor time management. Waited 10 mins for 2 pastries that didn’t even need warming up.Saw a girl cough in her hands and continue making drinks without washing. No one was wearing gloves or washing.

Love the coffee at this place! Nice and clean wonderful wait staff! Caters to kids as well. Inside seating and outside seating available. This is handicap accessible and handicap parking out front. Absolutely great breakfast sandwiches!

The casser this morning constantly rolled his eyes and tortured his hands while he commanded, he didn't know what I was talking about when I ordered a sluice, even after I hinted at it in the menu. I had to repeat my order several times to 2 different people. the donuts were pretty good.

Incredibly slow service. My family was here for at least 30 minutes waiting for coffee. Then it seemed like the staff had forgotten our order. The guy fixing coffees was rolling his eyes constantly like he was perpetually annoyed at everything.
