Curry In The Box University Ave

Some of the best curry and khao soi I had since my return from Thailand. it's hard not to eat here every day.

This place rocks. The curry is fantastic and the prices are low. Not much on atmosphere but we usually call ahead for pickup.the portions are large enough to have lunch or dinner the next day.

The food is great, but what is wrong with portion size? I am confused that we get a half of Chicken Tikka Masala

I’ve had a lot of of curry from various restaurants. This was my first time trying this restaurant. Not sure what I was expecting but my red curry was awful. My vegetables were over cooked and extremely soggy, the sauce was bland and watery and the thing that bothered me the most was the strong smell of the shrimp.

I stopped by at 1pm to order lunch for 3 people and was met by signs on the register stating because of a staffing shortage you could either place an order on the app, online or phone. So I can call and the guy standing there can take my order but he can't step up to the register and take it. Stupidly at its finest!!!
