Bidra med feedbackReally enjoyed the brisket sandwich with spicy bbq sauce! Chips were a little chewy, but we will definitely be back. Service was quick and friendly.
Clyde's is a family owned place, very clean and convenient to the County Line Road area. I had the brisket plate with a side of smoked turkey. Brisket was good, better with the sauce on it. Turkey was good, just a touch dry. Great service and super friendly people. Second visit, tried a pork plate. Barbecue sauce on the table made the pork taste great. The green beans and potato salad were also very good.
The food was incredible. However, it did take a while to prepare, and we were asked to wait outside. I had to walk back and forth several times to check on the status of our order. Unfortunately, we initially received the wrong dish. Once that was sorted out, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We even went back in to order some of their white sauce and queso to take home.
On my third visit, I finally managed to enjoy some brisket. I had tried twice before, only to find they had run out each time, and they don’t offer chicken. Since I'm not particularly fond of pork, I often left feeling hungry. However, on this occasion, I was thrilled. The brisket was delicious—quite tender with just the right amount of melt-in-your-mouth quality. They were out of collard greens, so I decided to try the red beans and rice instead, and it was outstanding. In fact, it was so good that I went through the drive-thru again for a larger serving. This place is definitely worth a visit, but make sure to arrive early if you want to snag some brisket!
It's always pleasant to enter a restaurant and receive a warm welcome! The food was served quickly and, even more importantly, it was served hot! The pulled pork was juicy and packed with flavor, perfectly seasoned. The baked potato was tasty, but the real highlight was the Kettle Chip Nachos!! I can't wait to return and sample more items from the menu.
