Chili's Grill - Madison

Food is always good. The curb is usually behind. We had to get in because nobody came to the car after 10 minutes and then had to wait 10 minutes to get the food. I haven't eaten since COVID.

The food was great. Took about 10 minutes to be greeted by a server though and get drinks. Longest I've ever waited for a server to greet and it was lunch hour and not that busy. Food tasted great and service better afterwards

Absolutely awful. Waited over an hour for our order, and appetizers were cold, and missing key ingredients, when the main course arrived the food wasn?t even warm, we complained about the appetizers and we received the correct version of what we ordered, but the main courses still weren?t good, we literally waited over an hour, just to be presented cold food that looked old , and was told there?s not a hotter way of cooking it. I ended up canceling my main course because of the wait to get fresh, nothing was fixed about it, was basically told to order something else if I wasn?t happy. Also the waitress was very neglectful, she didn?t come check on us, except once to give us a refill after we complained to another waitress about being thirsty, was also seen several people leave after eating who had arrived after us. I?m highly disappointed. Never again will I eat here. Service was horrible. FOOD Horrible. Everything was disrespectful. Manager wasn?t much help, she seemed like she was irritated with our complaints.

It's a Chili's, just like any other. The service is good, the staff is friendly. Food is consistent with what you would expect.

We had just an average experience. We had to wait about 40 minutes to get seated, than had to switch tables/booths cause not enough room, took forever to get our food but when we finally got the food it actually did taste good! Customer Service was just not the best at all on this day but we like Chilis so we will go back again.???
