Bidra med feedbackOf course, Chick-fil-A is known for over the top service, some of the best chicken around and fast service in and out. This particular location is all of what was stated and more. Very personal experience for me and my family every single time we go. Ialso DoorDash, they always have orders ready and have everything needed for my customers to enjoy their experience in thecomfort of their home or office.
The small parking lot and congested drive-thru at this location make me not want to go back. The employees could have been friendlier too, but overall it's okay.
I absolutely love this Chick-fil-A! It's a love that I'm proud to admit, unlike my guilty love for McDonald's. Chick-fil-A is the kind of place that I want to shout about from the rooftops. It's the type of restaurant that I would proudly bring a date to meet my parents. That's the level of love I have for Chick-fil-A.
This restaurant's quality has declined in recent months. The evening staff has been making mistakes with orders. During my last visit, I realized that my mac and cheese was missing from my order as I checked my bag before leaving the drive-thru. When I informed the employee at the window, she told me it would take 15 minutes to prepare and asked if I wanted anything else instead. I was surprised that they were willing to let me drive off without the item I had paid for, which is why I now always check my bag before leaving this location. It was clear that they knew the mac and cheese was missing. I requested a refund instead. I believe that the new staff members are not up to the quality standards of Chick-fil-A.
This location used to be fantastic but has gone downhill recently. Each time we go, something is wrong with some part of the order. One visit while eating in the restaurant, my gluten free bun had literal mold on it ???? the young man was veryapologetic and got me a new one, but had it been a drive through meal, there would have been no fixing it after paying forit. Another visit, everyone needed drinks refreshed and there was one young lady taking care of the mobile orders and the peoplewaiting to pick their things up and NONE of the other employees even wanted to make eye contact with the 3 adults standing therewith lids off their drinks just wanting for more drink. I literally had to ?interrupt? one of the female workers and beg her togive us more drinks. THEN when she took our cups (none of the adults at the counter were related or even dining together), shehanded me back someone else?s drink?we asked her if she switched the cups on accident/if she was sure she gave the right patronthe correct cup back and she just took the wrong drinks from our hands, handed the drink to the correct person, and said ?Ididn?t mix them up? and walked away. Needless to say, I?m sure no one drank their ?refreshed? beverage. She didn?t even say shewould make fresh drinks. Just walked away. The whole store was being run by 17-20 year olds and I didn?t see anyone older whoeven appeared to care about running the place. Sad.
