Chick-fil-a - Madison

Do we really even need to do this for the freaking beloved Chick-fil-A ?!? I love this place, the food is always so good, it's fast, and employees are numerous, helpful and very polite. Prices are really not bad when you compare what you get and the prices of other competitors. I love their lemonade and all their sauces. Even got a salad one day and it was huge and so good. A staple for us, except on Sundays, but that makes it so much better when you do get it. Have yet to try their breakfast though, hmm.....

Had a chicken sandwich meal with a peppermint shake. The manager took our order and was really nice. She said as first time customers she would give us a free cookie. My sandwich was very tasty as I had pickles and mayo on it. The fries are nothing special and I had trouble opening the ketchup packet. My shake was everything they advertised with bits of peppermint candy in it. The straw doesn't hold up to the thickness of the shake and collapses when used.

I just grabbed the free Veterans day Sammy. Just pickles on the bottom and a couple of side sauces. There wasn't any veggies on it other than the pickles so I guess that's what it is. The chicken was tender I just didn't find the exterior coating SO delicious and exceptional. The bun and chicken were soft generally and satisfying.

This was my first time visiting this restaurant and I was incredibly impressed. I had a great view of the drive-through from my seat inside, and both lanes were busy all the way to the road. There were 4 employees efficiently taking orders and payments at each window, making sure that the customers' food was ready to go when they reached the next window. The lines moved quickly and inside, they provided us with a pager so we could sit down while waiting for our food. Within minutes, our hot and fresh food was brought to us. During our meal, a staff member offered to refill our sodas and another checked in to see if everything was to our liking. I have never experienced such exceptional service at a fast food restaurant before. The food was also delicious. I will definitely be returning and commend Chick-fil-A for their outstanding customer service.

Always great food. We've had a couple visits where we thought we ordered more than what we received when going through the drive up order, but have never been charged for item not received. I must need to stop mumbling my orders. Haha
