Bidra med feedbackDelicious Mediterranean food that has the mom and pop atmosphere. It tastes delicious. I got the gallayah which I highly recommend. The lamb was tender and veggies were grilled to perfection. Highly recommend for dinner!Vegetarian options: Tons of vegetarian options where you can get just veggie versions of everything and tastes just as good!
I don't normally leave raving reviews... But this place was fantastic. The lamb was fresh along with everything else. The portions were huge, but I couldn't stop eating the lamb, literal meat sweats as I'm writing this. Visit this place! Well worth it!!! PRESERVE PLACES LIKE THIS, MEDITERRANEAN WAS NOT MEANT TO BE FAST FOOD. This place does it right! The owners are nice and clearly appreciate the food they make and their customers!
Man oh man! good ppl, nice comfy atmosphere and one amazing drink
I'm so torn on this place that I loved so much. My love experience was limited to the hot bread, fried kibbee and the chicken fatoosh. All great with a twist on flavor since everyone has their own recipe. However, today I ordered a delivery and I give it 1 star. $19for lamb hummus, $19 for beef sautee, $6 cheese sticks, $6 grilled veggies (all mushrooms) and $3 for 1/2 dz bread. There was no garlic sent with the entrees or the hot bread. The bread was a jaw breaker to chew and not even warm. The lamb and beef were like jerky strips. Unsure what sauce the used for the lemon, garlic cilantro as described for the beef sauté but it resembled more of a salty zip sauce. The fries that we ordered with it were smothered in a seasoning salt type topping. All of these hard strong salty flavors were beyond horrible. $70 of trash and it was hard enough to convince myself it was worth it.I won't be back but that doesn't mean this doesn't suit your flavor pallet.
Absolutely great service! Great food! Nice folks running the place! Being from the Southern US I don't get a lot of Greek or Mid-East food, so when I visit the North I take every opportunity to try new places. Hands down properly the best meal I've had in the Troy area while traveling and and eating at dozens of restaurants. The owner/cook was even hospitable enough to talk with me in detail about culture, different cooking methods, and raising sheep.
