Bidra med feedbackService here is courteous every time that I have been here. The milkshake I had is good but I'm fighting it because it's super thick (that's not a complaint, by the way).
I place my order large lemonade and large water) in the app and it took at least 12 minutes for someone to come to my car to tell me that they didn't have lemonade and offer me another drink. I'm not even sure if I paid more for the lemonade then I would have the slush that I ended up getting. The young man who brought my order out was very nice. It just took way too long after ordering in the app while I was sitting at Sonic and then immediately checking in.
I did a mobile order for two fountain drinks and checked in at a stall to wait. It was crowded and I did not mind waiting. After 20 minutes, I hit the red button and was told that they were only serving drive thru now and the employee turned off communications. I just wanted to cancel my order and get a refund. This location will never get my business again. I had to reach out three times to request a refund. If the stalls are closed, put signs up or at least tell people. I was not the only person frustrated and this could have been avoided with simple communication. Most people do not mind waiting if they are aware of the situation. 0/5 stars
Absolutely the worst Sonic I've ever seen. The last 4times I been there they've been either out of something or a broke machine. Today I sat there for 15 minutes waiting for a really large order large slush. Manager came over and said the stalls were closed. Even though they just served 2 cars. Let's blame it on Covid
This sonic is always busy and always friendly. We use the app for the drink specials and it works great. Their fountain drinks are always excellent ?
