Los Arcos - Macon

This restaurant left a lot to be desired. We had a large party and when we arrived at supper time, they had one girl working as both hostess and server and she seemed to be having a bad day, as she didn't smile or say much. The restaurant was cold as if the heat wasn't on which was disappointing being a cold December day. We each ordered different items and while some of my party was pleased with their burrito bowls, I ordered the enchiladas which came out twenty minutes after everyone else's food and was cold as ice (the cheese inside wasn't even close to melted). I won't be returning to this restaurant.

I took the trouble of finding this restaurant on Google Earth, and believe this is the correct address. It was recommended by one of the locals. First, this is in the country, so there is plenty of parking. We were there at about noon, and the place wasn't crowded at all. The waiter was pleasant and helpful. I ordered a Mexican Salad which was excellent. My wife ordered a Chili Relleno which was excellent as well. The others in our party ordered Fajitas and the Vegetarian Burrito which were both excellent. The complimentary chips were abundant and served warm. The restrooms were clean. The music was Mexican, and not too loud (thanks for that! . The drinks were served promptly and correctly.

Awful. Worst Mexican restaurant I've been to yet. Ordered a margarita and it was fizzy like it came out of a can, pretty sure it was a lime-a-Rita. Then chips and salsa came out and the chips were stale and the salsa was bland and could have possibly came from a jar. There were no options on ordering a single chimichanga so I order the dinner and it was average at most. I was ready to leave but the waitress neglected to bring us our ticket after patiently waiting for twenty minutes! Horrible service and horrible food, avoid this restaurant.

The service here isn't the best. The food is pretty good though. The Buffet for Sunday lunch is ok. Wish the variety was better. All in all not a bad place to eat.

Service is excellent and the food is always great.
