Pizza Hut - Machesney Park

The worst Pizza Hut to visit. They should be shut down for exploiting loopholes in their coupons just to make more money. I hope they go bankrupt.

This particular Pizza Hut location does not honor any valid coupons and is not recommended.

We love the $7 deals! Also, their pizzas have more cheese and bigger mushrooms than Domino's pizzas.

Ordered by phone and was at pick up window 15 minutes later. Waited 20 minutes at window. Honked horn and even knocked at window. 3 cars behind me final went inside. I had my infant daughter in car and don’t want to park and unload her to go inside this the pick up window. The 3 people behind went inside waited 5 minutes for anyone to come up front and were ALL taken care of before me at the pick up window. When cashier came I questioned why the long delay to acknowledge the pick up window and was told they were busy. I explained the long wait to her not caring and then said why did the people who came in store get service first while I sat at the window. All I got was a sorry nothing else except we just finished your order. Got home and was missing food. I don’t care how busy a place is, customer service is to acknowledge the customer. Called the store to let them know order was missing food and they offered in store credit of $10.00. We like this store and this might be a one off issue.
