Bidra med feedbackOn the first way: this is not a restaurant, but actually a rustic guest house. That's why, please don't expect too much. Everything is made and baked. It tastes like the grandma, but the culinary is quite simple and honest, and it also looks like positive and negative. The owner is super beautiful, can be a little German and English, and cooks authentic recipes from the region. Often neighbors from the village sit in the inn, and the mother of the owner, probably around the 90 years old, sits comfortably in a corner and sees everything in a sympathetic way. A cat is also part of the inventory. The food is rustic. The Insalata Caprese consists of thick quartered tomatoes and mozzarella (nix in fine slices and so), with delicious olive oil, salt, pepper and naturally basil. It can be so easy, and that's good. The pasta also tastes simple, but delicious. The cakes can also be seen as self-made, but that was not a deficiency in our eyes. The location is the best in this friendly guest house. Over 400 meters above the sea you see half the valley towards the south and would not be the last two mountains at the end of the lake you would be able to see the lights of Milan in the evening. It's just phenomenal. If you are looking for a simple but friendly and honest country house kitchen, you will find the real Italy, where the Grandma gives 90 tips on how the pasta best succeeds. Up!
