Just opened as we were leaving, will be a good addition to the resort and the staff were willing to help, even when they were still learning the ropes

Horrible Service and food! We had the worse experience in this Restaurant tonight... Very rude personal and horrible food. We asked for a salmon for my 10 years old daughter and it took almost one hour after we asked twice) for it we have finished long time our dinner) and the salmon came RAW and could not eat at all, horrible taste plus it says it comes with vegatables that never came! I asked if they could “ cook” at least the salmon a bit more because was RAW and they send back to the kitchen and came back after 15 minutes with the same plate) saying very RUDELY that this salmon is like this and she my 10 years old daughter) have to eat like this. I then talked to the waitress and we agree was a maybe was a miss understanding im the language but we did not wanted that TERRIBLE and disgusting food and he says ok, he understands and he would cancel. When we went to pay after 30 minutes waiting for the bill) we have to go inside to pay and the owner of course charged the 18 Euros for the salmon And I try to explain the situation and he was extremely RUDE and told me I have to pay and THAT’s it and look me as he gonna kill me big scene in the restaurant and I was SHOCK and NEVER been so humiliated in a restaurant. Other clients were also haven a very similar experience so save your time and your nerves and STAY AWAY from this terrible experience!

We know this place since several years. The bar was always busy, the restaurant suffered. Once it was together with the bar next host was running only the restaurant. To evaluate today need to know: new management, fully new concept in the restaurant. The menu offers what nowhere in this region offers: all type of “sushi” food sashimi, roles... from very good and exquisite fresh quality. And second a very nice pizza three different doughs with all you can wish as topping. This makes the place really different. Nice and friendly stuff supports as well! Forget what you may have experienced in the past- now is good.

Acquadulza is a Great lounge bar in Maccagno. Staff is super friendly. Place offers a teasonable range of spirirs on top if a good selection of cocktails that to ly preference are a bit too sweet and too low on spieits/ alcohol rum, gin,... . Place offers a great view on lago maggiore.

There were options to either sit outside on the deck or inside the restaurant. It was open for breakfast, lunch and dinner whilst we were there during July. Food was excellent and ordering in English was fine.
